Pamplona

Pamplona, the capital of Spain’s Navarre Province, is best known for its ‘Running of the Bulls’ event which is held annually in conjunction with the world famous ‘Fiesta de San Fermin’. It is also a major stop along the Camino de Santiago, a medieval-era pilgrimage route. Pamplona features an attractive medieval centre which boasts a number of impressive Gothic-style churches, several interesting museums.
